Ever since I installed the Forum Warning System, the members at my forum keep saying that they're seeing the warning link in a user's profile. Like so:

These members, however, don't have permission to warn other members, and if they click that link, they get the permissions error page. What I want to know is how I can make that link invisible to users that cannot warn, because it's very annoying.
