I have installed this plugin and it says we the admins can give individual users permissions to do the following: Disallow Voting, Reputations, etc and other stuff but I dont' see any of that. I attached the zip file and the file contents that I got in the actual plugin zip archive. When I unzip the archive, I only seen one file in it...err...I dunno if it is me but is it suppose to be only one file included in this plugin??? Cuz I feel like am missin a chunk of info here and not knowin it....

Can someone help me out here plz??? Huge thanx in advance

Like most plugins, put userperms.php in the etc/plugins folder. Now activate the plugin from the ACP (Admin Control Panel). Now you should see the additional user permissions when editing users.

i did all this and still dont see the extra permissions under the edit user under admin cpanel
