When installing my forum I get this error on the last step

mySQL error: 1146
Table 'forumfo.mybb_threads' doesn't exist
Query: SELECT * FROM mybb_threads

Incase this is needed, here is some info

PHP Version: 4.3.6
Configuration File Writable: Yes
Settings File Writable: Yes

Edit: added version
MySQL Version: 4.1.10a


It also says is it creating "threads" yet it doesn't appear in the database

I have delete, and created many new Databases, and re-uploaded the folder a few times before I asked here as well.
