when i m going to uplaod a file

appearing this msg

help me plz

Did you change the permissions of the uploads folder to 777?

It can be one of three things:

1. Uploads not 777.
   
2. Your host has PHP-based file uploads disabled.
   
3. Or, as it says, it's not a valid file extension(that you set in the ACP).
   

I hope it's not no. 2, because that would also mean that uploaded avatars wouldn't work.
