Hi,

I can't access:
Admin CP -> Users and Groups" -> "Admin Permissions/Rights".

a possible reason: I merged my user account with my Admin account a few weeks ago. Everything works fine tho, execpt this menue entry "Admin-Permission".

What can I do?

The most likely cause: A permissions conflict. Normal members don't have access to the ACP, but, when merged with admins, a conflict emerges with admin rights editing.

Thanks for the reply. I double checked that. I am member of the Admins Group, no secondary or other user group.
