That was copied from the "Today's Birthdays" list. Notice that the name "Ellerkerm" appears twice, but the second time with the "_mybb1.2_import9283" suffix? This either suggests:

a) That there was a bug when you imported the members from 1.2, or,
b) The user registered again without knowing their account still existed.

Either way, this is fairly weird.

The MyBB Mods site was previously its own site with its own forums, and the person in question must have had an account here and at the Mods site. When the merge occurred (using the MyBB Merge System), it checked if the email addresses are the same on the duplicate accounts - clearly they were not, so the accounts were not merged.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. It did look a bit weird.
