Unfortunately I doubt it might be able to be done for individual posts. however, there are settings when you edit/create a forum/subforum that only allow certain users to view (title) and/or read (post) a thread.
I think I might be able to make a BBcode mod for this. if anything, the syntax would be like [groupview=4]text bla bla[/groupview]
You would have to know your usergroups (edit them to see this).
