I need to set it up where certain fields are mandatory.

I need Name, Location, and Birth Date, and Sex.

I need this MANDATORY!!!!

ACP -> Users & Groups -> Custom Profile Fields -> {FIELDNAMEHERE} -> Scroll down -> Required? -> Set to Yes.
