Well its hard to contact the Super Administrator when he doesn't have administrative access is it?

Anyway to override this?

Check your inc/config.php. You enter the Super Admin uid into the file. It's for security.

Also double check that in admincp you have permissions for admins correct. Some plugins don't auto enable for admins.
