Can anyone help me out with the steps or links to steps on how to insert a forum inside a current page layout?

The best way that I know to do this would require a lot of template changes. I've been unable to find any other way than making the forum to look the same way as your website... I believe it's the same thing the staff made to this forum.....
You could always try an iFrame.
