I was wondering how I can remove the time from that?

In inc/languages/english/global.lang.php, find:

$l['welcome_back'] = "<strong>Welcome back, {1}</strong>. You last visited: {2}";

Replace with:

$l['welcome_back'] = "<strong>Welcome back, {1}</strong>. ";

Alternatively you can change this in the Admin CP (if you've made your language folders writable by the server) through the Language Manager.
