Well i didn't loose them i know that for sure as the files are still there.
But when i upgraded from 1.2.9 (i think thats correct) to 1.2.12 they were no longer in the games list.
Another question is once i get the games back will the highest scores still be there?
Also i have lost the function to check version. I get a 500 error.
Finally i have the usual problem with upgrade which is i believe my theme is not up to date and my logout button does not work. I changed all files mentioned in other posts but no luck. Well the button works but i get a java error or whatever, basicly cant logout.
Anyone wanting to jump in as a temp admin on my forum and have a look.

Yep i did.
I changed all the code sudjested.
Well i think i did. Perhaps i will go over it again tonight and redo it again.
But yes i have read all the posts on this issue.

I suppose you deactivated the Game Section before you upgraded. That's the problem ...

I hope you made a backup of your MyBB database before you upgraded? To make a backup of your Game Section, you can use this plugin.

Yea i deactivated all plugins as that is what i was lead to believe i had to do to get a clean upgrade, as read in a post on this forum.
Bugger i guess i have lost all my game stats.
I will take a look at plugin you linked and see how i go with that.
As far as the database backup. Yea i got that covered. Simple cron job running hourly using mysql dump.. 2 easy.
