Is it possible for me to grab the latest posts from another forum (vBulletin) - being http://forum.powweb.com - who host my site - and get them to be displayed in a forum on my page?

this would be good for troubles and so people can read any problems with the service pack i am using.

No, its not possible and probably wont be without a custom modification. We have little intentions of building interfaces for other forum software (if at all). MyBB is a product designed for the competing market, and vBulletin is considered competition (all though in a different market.)
