When Ever I Try Accessing My Site At TechHotel.no-ip.biz/forum
On Firefox It Says ~

The connection has timed out

The server at techhotel.no-ip.biz is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.



When I Go To My Router, Then Firewall Settings, then Enter In My Private Ip. Then Wait 25 seconds, then Go To My Site It Works! But No-One else Is Able To see It..

Remove firewall(Just to test, then reenable it)

You should modify your router settings (and any firewall you have) to unblock the port number 80 and allow it to forward it to your computer.

This is not a MyBB problem so I'm going to move this to Chit Chat.

Does your ISP allow port 80 hosting? Some have it disabled and blocked.

Does localhost work? How do you have DNS setup?
