do i have to invest any money to buy YenBucks from Paypal?

or My users would be able to Withdraw through paypal???

MyPlaza is a powerful plugin with many features, but no Paypal IPN yet.
MYPS (My Points) is planning to use Paypal after MyBB 1.4 comes out.
