I did a merge to two of my Mybb forums, the problem is none of the attachments followed over to the new board. Is this something that is not available in the merge system, or did I do something wrong in the conversion process.
The Merge System didn't have CHMOD permissions to access them - you can simply copy them over manually
I have the same problem.
The old forum (myBB 1.2) is in the folder /intern2/ and the new forum (myBB 1.2.14) is in the folder /intern/ on my server.
I installed the new forum in its own folder and started the Merge System, but the attachments cannot be found in their threads.
All my attachments were put into one thread, with a really long list of files.
Any ideas on how to fix this? I copied all the attachment into the new /upload/ directory, but myBB categorizes them as orphans and cannot put them into the right threads.
It says:
Inserting attachment #12... done. (Note: Could not find the attachment. Could not find the attachment thumbnail.)
Inserting attachment #15... done. (Note: Could not find the attachment. )
and so on...
