I've installed it onto my account, but nothing happens next. I'm so confused and I need help!
Explain more, did you run the MyBB installer but your forum isn't showing up? Do you have a link to your forum?

It made two directories.....Upload and Documentation.
You need to upload via FTP the contents of the "Upload" directory to your web server. Then you need to run the MyBB installer. For more info, see
these directions.
