Ok I'm ready to make the switch. Where can I find the vbulletin 2.x to myBB RC4 importer/convertor? I did a search on the forums and google but couldn't find anything.

There isn't an importer for vBulletin 2.x yet. You could ask in the Code Modifications and maybe someone will make one. I can tell anyone that has done an importer, this will be easy to make.
Chris Boulton is working on an import system right now, i'm not sure how far along he's gotten. You could try sending him a copy of your database and if he has time he might whip up one for you.
