I set up WAMP on my computer and set up my forums with it. I went to No-IP.com and got a free no-ip.org domain for the time being. I also downloaded their IP Adress thing.

Now I went to my domain I got and it didn't work. Do I have to use the Admin CP of my forum to change the URL? I think thats what it is but I'm not positive.

you have to edit your DNS settings as well as httpd.conf to reflect the proper IP you want and no-ip.com's dns settings
