I Would like To Have The Login Box Located On The Right Side Like Vbulliton Has Any Please Do Not Be Rude Or I Will Ignore You And Report.

There are a number of themes which have the vB style login box.

It's a template edit, so if you want to do it yourself, you need to be fluent with HTML.

Im Not Fluent Can Someone Post What I Need To Add/ Change?

i Take it No One Knows How To Do The Templete Change? Why Cant Sometime Just Tell What I Need To Change Or Add?

The reason is because there's no simple "right way". You will have to know HTML to be able to do it.

You can try copying what the other themes have done by looking in the header_welcomeblock_guest template, however, if you don't understand it, chances are, your design will turn out rather messed up, and not what you want.

Alternatively, just use one of those themes which already have it.
