Im My Forum Theres Stuff That Is Underlined How To I Make It To Where The Forum Topics/ And Our Usernames Not Be Underlined?
And My MyPlaza Plugin is not showing on this thread how to i get it to come up?

You may need to change the CSS for your links. When you edit your theme, look down the "Link CSS Attributes" boxes, and anywhere it says "underline" change it to "none"
When i do that it messes up the forum "the way it looks"
I only want the forum topics and usernames to not be uderlined where is that located at?

...that's why I suggest you learn HTML, so you have control over "the way it looks".
Seriously, HTML is not difficult - it's very similar to bbCode, and a quick search for a tutorial, and scanning over it, should teach you the basic idea of it in a few minutes.
I believe all admins should, at the very least, have knowledge of basic HTML.
