how can i make an image show up.

this is the image i want to show up for the breadcrumb

Where do you want it to show up? In between each breadcrumb item?

in the beginning of the board name on the index

Admin CP --> Templates --> Modify / Delete --> *expand your template set* --> Navigation Templates --> nav

Find:

<div class="navigation">

After that, add:

<img src="http://i28.tinypic.com/2yytg6g.jpg" />
