I been having MAJOR problems with some new plugins I am trying to add.

First off the downloads appeared to be set as "invisible" so no one could get to them...

Next I make them visible but the downloads appear to be invalid.

A couple weeks ago after I initially updated about 5 plugins to the mods site I noticed many didn't download so I reuploaded them. I am uploading new files AGAIN and hope they can be approved quickly and that any problems are now fixed.

This is annoying and one GIANT reason I don't trust mod sources I can't control. This is an ongoing issue and should be addressed immediately. Having to wait punishes the many users I wish to reach with my plugins.

And if these were placed by staff into "invisible" because there was a file problem I would expect the courtesy of getting a PM or email telling me there was a problem. I shouldn't have to find out by PMs from members saying they can't get my downloads.
If you edited the plugin info (even by setting it from invisible, to visible) it will probably need to be validated again (which is why they show up as invalid... I think).

I would check for you, but I don't have moderation access on the Mods site.
I've checked, and all those submissions do appear to have been affected by the problems we had with submissions breaking. All affected submissions were set to invisible as a temporary measure until backups could be restored or the authors contacted for replacement files. Since your submissions are obviously no longer affected, I'll make them visible once again.

I'll continue to fix the other submissions which have been temporarily disabled as quickly as time allows. In order to speed up the process, I would advise authors to check their personal control panel at the mods site. Affected submissions should be invisible and contain a note in the "admin notes" section explaining that the file is missing.

It took a while to trace, but I believe the root cause of these problems has finally been found and fixed. I would hope that problems of this nature should be far less common in future.
A quick announcement, pm, or email would have been nice but thank you for fixing the issue.
