I run World 9 Gaming, which is powered by the awesome MyBB system. I've made modifications to it, and decked it out for gamers, including RPG-style Cash and HP/MP/EXP. I'm still expanding it, and it's a popular resource for gamers and non-gamers alike.
We even 'hack' (aka mod) games to make our own versions of the game, and disassemble various games (GameCube games, for example) to see what makes them tick.
