but I don't think it's the themes fault cause the bottom and the compose pm parts of my theme change after you've tried editing the background and etc. And the changes reverts some stuff(Like the bottom) to the default mybb default theme bottom and etc.So I think it's mybb's fault. Any help?

Do you check the "Revert Customizations" box? if so that will revert the CSS to default. Don't check that box when editing unless you want it to default

It isn't checked.

What are you trying to do anyways? What are you adding and where?

Is your CSS stored in a file or in the database?

It was made for 1.2.9

This could be the problem. I have no idea why it's reverting though. It's most likely a problem with the theme itself. Try another theme that's compatible with 1.2.12 and see if it does the same.
