Well I have been getting people say that they can't post because the e-mail wasn't set and so I had to make them a member myself, so I just want to turn off the e-mail verification so they can easly register and post. How do I turn it off?
Admin CP --> Board Settings --> Change --> User Registration and Profile Options --> Registration Method
Here you can either chose 'Instant Activation', which is just that, as soon as they've filled out the details they will have access. Not so great if you want to avoid spam bots..
Or, you could chose 'Administrator Activation' which means that you will have to manually activate user's accounts. This may be annoying for users who are in different time zones to you and have to patiently wait until you get around to activating their account.
