This plugin is expanded from nickman 'Welcome Message Plugin'

Description:
This plugin enables you to have a message displayed ONLY on the portal page.
Features:
All from Welcome Message Plugin but for Portal Page.
- uses the boards style to display
- can be collapsed
- it can show a message to both guests and/or members
- two different messages, one for guests and one for members
- customizable titles for each message.
- can be turned on and off
Installation Instructions:
- upload pwm.php to the inc/plugins directory and activate it in AdminCP;
- in the AdminCP, go to the Board Settings and find "Portal Welcome Message Settings".
To remove plugin, just deactive it.
