This looks like either an issue with a plugin, or a template edit of the headerinclude template.
Try reverting/deleting the headerinclude template.

It's still an issue with your
headerinclude template. Did you revert the template? You may want to double check your plugins.
It's an issue with META tags - the current code there is:

Your headerinclude template looks okay.
Did you deactivate the plugin? (you said "closed" but I don't know what you mean by that)
