I just installed mybb: Your Version: 1.2.12 (1212)

I can access the forum and the admin cp, but can not do anything in either. I get the following:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/admin/settings.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Try CHMODing your admin/settings.php to 755.

Also see http://community.mybboard.net/showthread.php?tid=7592 if the above doesn't work.
