I don't know what you mean. You'll need to explain more clearly

Basically.
Say theres 2 groups.
Moderators and Administrators.
And 2 forums called Moderators Area and Administrators Area
Moderator groups can only see moderators area, and Administrators can only see Adminitsrtator area.
But if i get a user who is a moderator, and then make Administrator their secondary group, they should be able to see both Moderators and Administrators area.
Hope that makes more sense

Basically the same set up i have and thus that IS how it works. I did that so some of the Mods could ban and make announcements.

If you tried, and not getting the results, make sure that your Admin forum, custom permissions are set for Administrators, or the default secondary permissions will be overwritten by the custom primary group permissions.
In other words: AdminCP -> Forum Management -> Permissions -> [set permissions] <for Administrators for your Admin forum> -> Select Use Custom Settings Below, then click Update Permissions

Quick question about that. Would that make it so that those with Super Mod/Admin permissions CANT see the Admin forum if i wish to set up one JUST FOR ADMINS?

^ Yeah, you could use that technicality to do something like that (ie don't set custom permissions for admins on the admin only forum).
