It happened to me,although I remember the setting being turned to on in the ACP.
Yep,you guessed,another of my mysterious chain problems (quick edit not working, quick everything not working,thank plugin not working,IE not working unless MANY refreshes). I'm wondering what could cause these problems? All the files needed are on my server. Are they incomplete? I dunno, if they were, the forum wouldn't work at all,right? Non chmoded files? They're all CHMODded appropriately. I'm facing very big problems here, and with no ideas how to fix them.

I know this may have no connection whatsoever with this,but in a setting page at the ACP, I have:

GZIP turned to ON
Send Standard headers OFF
Send No Cache Headers OFF.

Can those be the source of my problems?

User CP --> Edit Options
Please make sure your "Notify of new PMs with a popup" option is selected.

Yes,it's checked in the UCP. And I get no popup.

Have you checked your browser settings.

Some modifications may destroy the pop-up function.
