Need HELP ASAP ... when the members under Registered Group Post (the get the message that the Post/thread must be approved by the Admin for it to show on the board)

i dont remeber turning on this sortta option ... how can this be set to normal again ...

need help Urgently

Admin CP --> Forum Management --> Manage Forums --> *Select forum and click 'Edit'* --> Moderation Options --> Moderate New Posts
Ensure that is set to 'No' for the forums you are having problems with.
