I get this error on my index.php page.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare user_exists() (previously declared in /home/utoftorg/public_html/random/forum/inc/functions_user.php:9) in /home/utoftorg/public_html/random/forum/inc/functions_user.php on line 21

I have tried Clearing my Cookies, with but no good.

This Comes up only when Logged in as a guest/Un Registered User i can view board index correctly But when i go click register and it shows the page if i then click the button back to the board index it shows the index.

Any help with this problem would be great Thanks.

What version of MyBB are you running? If you are running MyBB 1.2.12, can you please upload a fresh copy of "./inc/functions.php" and "./inc/functions_user.php".
