Username colour is defined by usergroup
Admin CP --> Users & Groups --> Manage Groups --> *edit a usergroup* --> Username style

If you want to edit the style of the posts, you can do so by editing the postbit template.
(there may be a way to do it through the theme's CSS, but I'm not too sure)
