My web host has locked my account because of spam emails being sent from my admin account.

I am complaining about this because on every email sent from admin there should be a opt out of 'recieve emails from admins'.

Now I have no website, they request I remove the mass email function?

I also have a backup of my database downloaded from mybb on saturday.

Is it possible to upload it and how to a new host?

You don't need to create more than 1 thread on your problem and please keep them in the correct forum (Myself and other staff members have had to move a large amount of threads into the appropriate forum)

User CP -> Options -> -> Messaging and Notification -> Receive emails from the Administrators.
