can i use a post as sticky, than its showed in every forum / subforum and not only in the forum, where i posted it? i hope you understand my wish.

The closet one for what I understood would be a global announcement.

Go to your admin CP -> Forum Announcements

Or you can edit the header (I guess that would be for advanced users)...
