I hope this exists in gold. that the admin will have the ability to restrict registration if a user has used the same email. if not it must be added. nobody should be able to register if their email adress is registered
Very good suggestion IMO. I hate duplicate accounts.

That should be in RC4 already..
In rc4 i only see Maximum Registrations Per IP Address
and not Maximum Registrations Per email
Is it somewhere else ? if yes where
