Not overally, user interaction is the base point so things like Ajax and SOAP could come into play.

Basically, web 2.0 is a new way to build applications that have more friendly UI's and are able to spread information to the masses easily.

Some common examples of large Web2.0 sites are www.gmail.com and www.flickr.com
