I have an idea to make the administrator panel more secure. If you can change the link to the administrator panel. Instead of "admin/", it could be "cp/" or "mycontrols/" or whatever that person wants. That way, if there is any major bug in the administrator's panel in the first place, "hackers" probably won't find the control panel.
If you ask me, it is a smart idea. I haven't looked at the code of the current version of MyBB, but it may require some time to have all links that go to the administrators directory, to a variable on one page so it can easily be edited.
Does this make any sense?
