1) go to AdminCp templates/Expand template set Edit the templates toplinks toplinks_Admin and toplinks_member and after the Home thingy add this <li><a href="
http://www.yoursite.com/portal.php" Portal</a></li>
2) Admin Cp/Change/Portal Settings/Forum ID to pull announcements from and select the id of this forum
3) Looks like this is the board msg mod go get this mod at

On a side note, something else I noticed on your site was that the message in the footer of your forum indicates that you are using my old "Night" theme. However, it looks more like you're using a copy of the default theme from MyBB Mods which is
NOT available for use elsewhere. I would therefore appreciate it if you would consider using a different theme on your forum.
