I have, a lot. Not only am I using it , but a lot of other people are as well. Anyway, just mod it up a bit more, change up the things to make it more of your own.

I love the design and haven't personally seen a template like it but seems other have.

There is one thing I don't like and thats the bottom scroll bar showing up(and I don't know why as there is nothing there). For info on that I'm on XP, FireFox, 1024x768.
