I am trying to install the Easy Adv. Banner 3.0 plug in. I am new to this, and confused. Can someone please help.

I am at the step where it says

Chmod ./admin/index.php to 777

What does this mean? Any help would be appreciated. Hopefully, I will get the hang of this and won't have to ask all the time.

Go To That Specific File, And Change It's Permission. To 777 Which Is It's CHMOD.
