These forums look great but i'm having insane problems with the installation. I've installed other forums before such as PHPBB and SMF but this installation is catching me out

I was fine getting through the database setup etc. etc. but then i came to installation directory, i entered it in the form i believed it to be:

www.myhost.com/myusername/forum

(Thats where my forum directory is)

It appeared to install fine, but then i had problems using the links along the top of the page (Logout, User CP, Admin CP, Member List, ) etc. When i highlighted the link to the admin CP it showed it to be trying to find:

www.myhost.com/myusername/forum/www.myhost.com/myusername/forum/admin

I tried entering nothing but no joy there either, i'm re-uploading the files to have another go 6th time lucky :p

Update.. i tried installing without any directory entered, then the link was searching for www.myhost.com/admin while i hovered over the admin CP link.. so i tried entering "username/forum" (assuming it would fit in the gap) but then when hovering over the Admin CP link it was searching for www.myhost.com/username/forum/username/forum/admin ? I'm confused

In the address bar, type www.myhost.com/myusername/forum/admin

Login with your admin username and password

Under Board Settings click Change.

Click General Configuration.

Find Board URL and remove the / at the end of the url and click Submit Changes.

Thanks for showing me the CP but it's still not working I can edit the directory here so i'll try a few see if i can figure it out but what exactly am i meant to put in that field?

Sorted ! Thanks loads. Saved me there *grins* read on the admin CP to include the http:// .... would be good if it said that on the installation imo for silly people like me Thanks again.
