Hi all, i have a problem, where one of the members of my forum is complaining that he keeps recieving email notifacations of posts, even though he has opted not to recieve them. Is there a fix for this? Please dont say fixed in gold, cause thats miles away.
maybe those members have checked the email notification option when they registered. go search for this user in admin cp and see if his email notification is on
Already checked this and his email notifacation was off. But it is still sending him emails, he actualy fowarded me one of them.

Exactly marcgo15. Just because your member no longer signed up to new threads doesn't mean he isn't still signed up to previous ones.
