Okay here it is...

I am having the worst of time with loging in. My members are able to register just fine but when they try to login they get the screen that says they are logged in and returned to the index screen only to find the must login again.

I have tried correcting the cookie domain and path settings but to no avail; here is what I have thus far:

Cookie Domain: .hamunaptra.bobos.ca/

Cookie Path: /hamunaptra/myBB/upload/

Forum Home: http://www.hamunaptra.bobos.ca/hamunaptra/myBB/upload/

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cookie Domain: .hamunaptra.bobos.ca

Cookie Path: /hamunaptra/myBB/upload/

or

Cookie Path: /

I thought it might have been a prob with the free host I was using so I registered and reworked everything to mybbhosting with the following:

Forum: http://www.starbase.mybbhosting.com/crewlogs/

Cookie Domain: .starbase.mybbhosting.com/

Cookie Path: /

(Cookie path was /crewlogs/)

I am afraid neither of these are working for me; further, when I do log in I get the prob (log in on the forum not acp) and when I had a reset pw sent the new pw was not recognized.

Any ideas... I am at a loss

no / on the end of the cookie domain, ever! Otherwise you baiscly saying

.starbase.mybbhosting.com//crewlogs/

which it isn't. Remove the last / in domain, change path to /crewlogs/ and delete all your cookies. then try again.
