I am getting my EMAILS/PMs being cut short as if theres some sort of maxmimum message enabled to cut my EMAILS/PMs.

The problem repreated itself as a post, even though it is 'unlimited' Maxmium Message Length.

Approximately how many characters are you trying to post? How many characters are saved in the database? Is the entire post saved in the database (check with phpMyAdmin)?

Subscription emails have a preview limit if I remember correctly. There should be a setting in Admin CP --> Board Settings --> Change --> Posting called "Amount of Characters for Subscription Previews" - set that to something high.
