My friend was editing forum's template, but... he destroyed it and left on my own...

How can I fix this?

Well you tried to add a column to the forum list? You need to add a header for the column in the forumbit_depth1_cat template.

Isn't here all OK?

You need to add an extra column header (what's that blacked out bit under "Threads"?), and increase the colspan of the table header to 6.
