Is it possible to disable IIS automatically adding slashes like you can with .htaccess files in Apache?

Is it for localhost? If so, just disable magic_quotes and magic_quotes_gpc in php.ini (C:/Windows, C:/[Your PHP directory])
i think the guy said (this is at my school) it was on the virtual host. Is this different to localhost?
