I don't get this system. I use IPBFree, but its the create a forum on the website kind of thing. I need a really detailed tut to help me.

Well you can look at the MyBB Wiki link that Destroyer has posted in the last reply. First you need a host (which might cost money, unless you can get a free one), second you need a server with PHP and MySQL, and FTP access (or another way).
