I tried to search before bugging you all, but didn't find any answers.
So if you have a thread with many posts in it, but you want to copy just one post out of it to make into a stickie, is it possible to do that?
If so, how?

Check the checkbox of the post you want to make into another thread. The checkbox is located beside the post number in the upper right corner of each post. After selecting the desired post Scroll down to the near bottom of the page until you find: "Moderation Options:" Open the drop down and select split thread. From there select the desired forum you'd like to move it to. After moving the thread and renaming the subject (if you did), click on the thread you just created from the split. Now go down to the "Moderation Options:" open the drop down and select the "stick/unstick thread" option. Your all done! Your splitted thread is now sticky.

You should look for it "Split Posts" in the "Inline Post Moderation" menu, instead of the place that rcpalace posted.
